Morgan Coaching

Your Partner in Academic, Executive, and Personal Growth

  • Morgan Coaching offers individualized support to a diverse clientele of high school, college, graduate, and doctoral students, including those from prestigious institutions like Stanford, Cambridge, UPenn, Cornell, UMichigan, Dartmouth, and more. With over five years of coaching experience, I specialize in working with neurodivergent students, particularly those with ADHD or autism, providing tailored support to address their unique learning styles and challenges. As an academic coach, I employ a two-pronged approach to foster skills necessary for success both in academia and beyond.

My academic coaching services encompass content support, involving the review of existing material such as homework, course notes, and past exams. I provide personalized feedback and develop unique support materials tailored to each course and individual student's needs. Additionally, I focus on organizational support and executive skills development by implementing study strategies, organizational skills, creating accountability structures, and ensuring timely completion of work.

  • As a general coach, I specialize in providing executive skills support and development, guiding post-graduates through job applications, career counseling, and successful admissions processes.

I take pride in assisting students who have been accepted into esteemed institutions such as Georgetown, Cambridge, University of Maryland, Penn State, University of Michigan, and more. Drawing from my own experience as a first-generation college student, I take particular joy in assisting students through the admissions journey. Having navigated the admissions process myself, I understand the challenges firsthand and have developed a unique insight into the skills required for success.

Leveraging my background as an artist, I offer tailored assistance to artists seeking to prepare creative portfolios for undergraduate and MFA programs, as well as nurturing sustainable creative practices post-graduation.

While social and life skills are also integral aspects of my coaching, my primary focus remains on empowering neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, to thrive in both their personal and professional pursuits.
